Timeka McGowan is the Site Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University, East Bay. She began her career working in prisons, by providing reentry plans that included support and services in order to reduce recidivism. For over 20 years, Timeka has been dedicated to fighting against oppression and recidivism, as well as advocating for social justice reform for youth and adults. This rewarding work allows her to go home every day knowing she has made an impact.
