Derrell Lane is a Reentry Coach. He is an eight-year Naval veteran with experience in information technology, education, and community engagement, with a special focus on supporting the justice-impacted community. Derrell develops training programs, facilitates workshops, and builds collaborative environments that help individuals transition back into society. Using skills like active listening, compassion, and teamwork, He offers one-on-one support to address the unique challenges faced by each person who is reentering the community, by helping them to build the skills and confidence they seek to reintegrate successfully.
